ERAO exists to provide camaraderie through social, recreational and educational activities, and to promote members' life-long learning.

Visit these pages often!

Four clubs operate within the ERAO structure and all meet in Room 102 at Confederation HS.

Camera Club: 10:30 am the first Thursday of every month
The Camera Club now runs a Zoom presentation along with the in-person meeting. At the meetings, we share our photos with a monthly theme. We also share ideas, tricks and techniques about photography and image processing. We are all amateur photographers with a wide range of experience and expertise. What brings us together is our desire to take better pictures and to explore the capabilities of our cameras and our artistic urges. New members and new ideas are always welcome; please feel free to join us. Please contact Richard: richard@teya.ca

Quilters Club: 9:00 - 11:30 am Mondays
New members are always invited to join a talented and enthusiastic group of quilters. This group includes beginners to experienced quilters. Individual and class projects are created including small and large pieces. You may choose what you wish to do and there are some great quilters there to help you with your creations. Please contact Nancy: info@erao.ca

Book Club: 1:00 pm the last Monday of the month
The Book Club is up and running again: New members are always welcome. Please contact Sue: speter4erao@gmail.com

Visual Arts Club: From 9:00 am to 12:00 pm every Tuesday starting January 6, 2026
The Visual Arts Club is a small group of visual artists wanting to create in a communal space and to be inspired by other creative people who wish to explore fibre arts, drawing, watercolours, acrylics, mixed media, etc. If you are interested in joining this group, contact Susanna Donato: susannartisticreations@gmail.com
